Domino Maltese Cross Game

"Domino Maltese Cross" is a 2-4 player domino game played with a set of two to six dominoes. Each player receives certain tiles at the beginning of each round. The player who receives the highest double starts the round with that double. The other players rotate clockwise. If no player receives a double, the tiles are collected and re-distributed. The first domino of the Maltese Cross is a spinner, and players need to play the tiles on all four sides before any further moves can be made. This is the first phase of the play. If a player cannot make a move, he/she draws one tile from the give. if that tile can be replayed, it must be replayed.
