Sevastopol Domino Game

"Sevastopol Domino" is a 4 player domino game played with a set of two to six dominoes. Each player receives 7 tiles at the beginning of each round.< The player who receives [6-6] starts the round. The remaining players rotate clockwise. The first domino [6-6] is a spinner and players need to play all four sides of the chip before they can make any further moves. If a player is unable to make a move, he/she simply passes the turn to the next player. Once a tile is placed on all four ends [6-6], other tiles may be played on any of the four open ends. The first player to play all his tiles wins the round. If the game is blocked then the player with the lowest number of pips in his hand wins.
