How to play?

Before starting, you need to choose your character. It can be a boy or a girl. Now, it is time to start training. First, you need to train on only one simulator. Complete all the tasks and quickly lose a couple of extra pounds. Tasks will be displayed in the lower-left corner of the game screen. For each completed building, you'll get money. You can spend them on healthy food or a new training room. Also, keep a close eye on the nutrition and rest of your hero. As soon as the young athlete is hungry or tired, you need to stop training and give your athlete a moment of rest. Enjoy the game, and good luck!
