How to play?

In a northern African country, there were water problems, and the locals began to suffer from thirst and lack of water. That could have led to disaster, but the authorities dealt terribly with one of the criminal regimes. They were allowed to experiment on the population and inject them with drugs that had not undergone clinical trials. People began to fall ill with cancer and other deadly diseases. A brave patriot sets out alone to find the enemy base to save his people. He is determined to destroy their labs and defeat evil. Good luck!
