According to the game's plot, there will be two antagonists: Ibn Kilbaba and Carlos Ortega. These two villains are launching a nuclear strike on a deserted island to show the U.S. their serious intentions. Kilbaba wants to avenge his brother's death at the hands of America, and Ortega intends to expand his drug business. You aim to get to the villains' lair by flying a helicopter to destroy them.
