You Are Being Watched Game

Have you ever caught yourself thinking that someone is watching you? And not just watching or wondering but intently watching your every move. That is what happened to our protagonist. He was driving on a remote country road when suddenly someone threw himself under the wheels. Abruptly braking, the car skidded to the side of the road, and the driver lost consciousness. But a second before, he saw a man in an outfit saying something over the radio about a new target for surveillance.
