His father now owns the Tremont Hotel, which has been empty for a long time. He decided to reopen it and revive the hotel's former glory. Almost immediately settling in the city, the boy gets to know his classmate Harper. She tells him about the legends that surround the hotel. It is said that the ghost of a girl named Savannah lives there. She disappeared without a trace decades ago and has never been found. The friends decide to take up the case and solve the ghost's mystery.
